Project Objective: To catalyze the management effectiveness and financial sustainability of Mongolia’s protected areas system.Overall UNDP Financial Scorecard increased from 19.4% to 40% UNDP Capacity Scorecard for PAA Department/MNET increased from 49.5% to 70%Total PA system level financing increases by at least $3 million/year (>100% increase), including site and system-level finance mechanisms (e.g. arrival fee, mining mitigation)
