Promotion of Energy Efficient Cooking, Heating and Housing Technologies (PEECH)
Project Summary
The project intends to curb the degradation of the NAs and Chitral forest ecosystem, and reduce the CO2 emissions resulting from excessive use of timber and fuel wood for house construction and household energy use. This aim will be achieved through assistance of the local communities to install and adopt energy efficient housing and technological products in improving their built environmental and socio-economic conditions.
