National Capacity Self-Assessment (NCSA) for Global Environment Management

The primary goal of this project is to identify needs for capacity development in the sectors of biodiversity conservation, climate change and desertification combat, to set priorities, and then determine an approach for addressing the priority needs. This would be done through a country-driven, consultative process.
