Project Summary
The main objective of the project is to identify priority capacity building needs in the Russian Federation in order to address global environmental issues. Assessment will concentrate on the three thematic areas of climate change, biological diversity and land degradation, and will also explore synergies between these thematic areas and with other related national sustainable development areas.
