The purpose of the NCSA project is to develop a comprehensive strategy on capacity building to address national and international environmental management issues across three thematic areas -– climate change, biological diversity, and land degradation. The project will also seek to explore related capacity needs within and across the three thematic areas using a stakeholder consultative approach.
