Mainstreaming the Multilateral Environmental Agreements into the Country's Environmental Legislation

The project’s overall goal is to enhance Nicaragua's capacity for global environmental management through effective application of environmental legislation at the national and local level, and the training of key actors in the compliance with signed and ratified international agreements.
