Greening COP22 in Marrakesh, Morocco

The project aims at demonstrating Morocco's commitment to combat climate change by reducing the carbon footprint of the COP 22, commencing low-carbon initiatives in the host city of Marrakesh and ensuring broad climate change awareness, among decision-makers and the general public, on activities under the Morocco-GEF partnership and other climate change initiatives led by the Government of Morocco.
