Enabling Seychelles to Prepare its First National Communication in Response to its Commitments to UNFCCC

The project will be based on a number of elements. First, there is a preparatory and assessment element. Second, there is a consultative element involving the public (major stakeholders) and various regulatory agencies. Finally, there is a strategic element which will take the form of a national plan.
