Enabling the Republic of Tajikistan to Prepare its First National Communication in Response to its Commitments to the UNFCCC

The project is to facilitate the preparation of the first national communication of the country to the Conference of Parties (CoP) in accordance with Article 12 of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and following the guidelines adopted by the CoP for the preparation of initial national communications by Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention.
