Enabling the Republic of Belarus to Prepare its First National Communications in Response to its Commitments under the UNFCCC

The immediate objective of the project is to facilitate the preparation of the first national communication of the country to the Conference of the Parties (CoP) in accordance with Article 12 of the UNFCCC, and following the guidelines adopted by the CoP for the preparation of initial national communications.
