Enabling Activities to Facilitate Early Action on the Implementation of the Stockholm Convention on POPs

The overall objective of the proposed Enabling Activities (EA) is to create national capacity and capability to formulate a National Implementation Plan (NIP) for the Stockholm Convention (SC) and assist the country to endorse and submit it to the Stockholm Convention Secretariat (SCS).
