Project Summary

In the framework of the Stockholm Convention which aims to protect human health and the environment from POPs, the project will:i) establish the basis for implementing the Convention in El Salvador;ii) assist El Salvador in fulfilling its data declaration and other reporting obligations under the Convention;iii) reinforce El Salvador's national capacity to manage POPs and hazardous chemicals in general.
