Development of a National Plan for the Implementation of the Stockholm Convention on POPs

Within the overall objective of the Stockholm POPs Convention which is to protect human health and the environment from POPs, the project will:i) Allow Tunisia to meet its reporting obligations under the Stockholm POPs Convention;ii) Prepare the ground for implementation of the POPs Convention in Tunisia;iii) Strengthen national capacity to manage POPs and strengthen the capacity for chemicals management in general.
