Development of National Implementation Plan for Vietnam in the Process of Accession, Implementation and Enforcement of the Newly-signed Stockholm Convention on POPs

Development Objective: Protection of Environment and Human Health achieved through environmentally sound management of POPs in Vietnam, including development of infrastructure and disposal capacity for POPs, building knowledge, exchange information and experience, development of treatment and disposal technologies for POPs waste, building capacity of analytical capacity, and application of cleaner production to reduce releases of POPs into environment.Project Objective: Development of Vietnam’s National Implementation Plan to enable activities to implement Stockholm Convention according to requirements under Article 7 of the Convention.
