Project Summary

This proposed project will develop tools and generate knowledge needed to ensure that production systems, in this case, forestry production systems, are planned and managed in a manner which will contribute to biodiversity conservation or the sustainable use of its components against the baseline scenarios. This project fits under the GEF Strategic Priority #4 on the Generation and Dissemination of Best Practices for Addressing Current and Emerging Biodiversity Issues.
